From Laboratory to Industry
In 2014, when plastic pyrolysis was considered impossible by many in South India, we began our own R&D in a small laboratory. The development later expanded beyond plastic and tyre into wider industrial R&D.
2014Laboratory R&D
Experimental research and early technology development.
25 KGExperimental Unit
First scale-up with a 25 kg capacity reactor.
100 KGPilot Plant
Pilot-scale testing with 100 kg capacity.
1 TPDIndustrial Plant
Designed, fabricated and commissioned.
2018–2024Commercial Production
Production started in 2018 and operated with the same reactor until 2024.
Further development experience: 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 TPD capacities.
